Our current delivery times are 5-7 working days.
Social distancing & the relevant safety measures mean our deliveries are moving slightly slower than usual but we will keep you updated through each step of your bundles journey.
Our delivery drivers are currently operating on a contactless basis, so there is no requirement for any of our drivers or couriers to hand their device or your parcel to you to obtain a signature.
We currently offer free delivery on all orders over €50 in Ireland. Delivery is €6.95 for orders under €50.
How long will delivery take?
We normally endeavour to deliver your Products within 72 hours. This date is an estimate only, but we will try our best to make sure we meet it. That said, if our supply of the Products is delayed, we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay.

How do I raise a return?
We accept returns up to 30 days after purchase. To return an item, email us to firstname.lastname@example.org - please include your order no. and the items you wish to return.
To initiate a return for a refund items must be unused, in their original packaging and with all tags attached.
Please note we cannot accept returns of our filled product (Duvets or Pillows) due to hygiene reasons.
Can I return part of my bundle?
No probs. Please bear in mind we can only provide a partial refund for the items you return, i.e. price of the bundle - price of the items you are keeping at their non-bundled price = your refund.
How do I exchange an item?
We accept exchanges up to 30 days after purchase. Simply contact email@example.com quoting your order no. and what you wish to exchange. Once we confirm receipt of request we'll respond with a Collect+ link to book in your exchange. Exchange postage costs €6.30 through Collect+.
Once we receive your returned items, we’ll send out the new ones.
